A Weekend of Creativity and Connection at Innovation Fest

Dessignare Media and Cosmonaute 360 at Innovation Fest

On November 20th and 21st, the city of Guadalajara became a vibrant meeting point for ideas, innovation, and creative collaboration during the launch of Innovation Fest 2025, an event organized by the Government of Jalisco. For Dessignare Studio and Cosmonaute 360, being part of this gathering was both an honor and an opportunity to reconnect with a growing creative ecosystem that continues to shape the future of the region.

Our participation unfolded across multiple spaces and moments, each reinforcing our commitment to cultural impact, education, and immersive storytelling. As mentors within Creativa GDL, Jalisco’s business acceleration program, and active members of the Creative Industries Cluster organized by Ciudad Creativa Digital, the festival felt like a natural extension of an ongoing dialogue with the local creative community.

Sharing a Vision for Immersive Experiences

We began the weekend on the Creative Industries Stage, presenting the pitch for Cosmonaute 360 Immersive Experiences. This moment allowed us to share our vision of creating cultural and educational impact through immersive narratives—projects designed to inspire new generations to explore the expressive potential of fulldome content and immersive media as powerful storytelling tools.

Later that same day, we celebrated a milestone that felt especially meaningful: the premiere of our new planetarium show, “ALTARES: Memory and Magic,” developed in collaboration with Planetario Lunaria. The piece was presented inside a traveling dome installed at Expo Guadalajara, transforming the space into an intimate environment where memory, symbolism, and visual poetry converged under a shared sky.

Learning, Teaching, and Giving Back

Education remained at the heart of our presence throughout the festival. At the Creativa Guadalajara stand, we hosted the workshop “How to Make Your Ideas Go Further,” aimed at emerging creatives eager to expand the reach and impact of their projects. The session closed with a small but joyful gesture: a Wacom tablet giveaway to one of the participants, celebrating curiosity, effort, and creative potential.

As the days unfolded, afternoons were dedicated to connection and exchange. Through Conexión Creativa, a networking event organized by CCD Jalisco, we engaged in conversations with peers, allies, and future collaborators—sharing experiences, challenges, and visions for what comes next. Between meetings, we also made time to learn, attending talks by inspiring voices such as Pixelatl, Polar Studio, and Mariana Orozco Rosales, who offered valuable insights into industry dynamics, creative workflows, and the evolving landscape of digital creativity.

Moving Forward Together

Innovation Fest was not just a showcase of projects—it was a reminder of the strength that emerges when communities gather around shared values of creativity, collaboration, and growth. To every friend, collaborator, and new connection who made this experience so meaningful: thank you for the energy, the conversations, and the support.

We look forward to continuing this journey—and to meeting again at Innovation Fest 2025.
