One of our highlights of every Annecy Festival week happens away from the screening rooms and conference halls. It happens when artists, filmmakers, producers, students, and friends from around the world come together to celebrate animation, share ideas, and build lasting connections.
For the past several years, Cosmonaute 360 has proudly supported Meet & Grill at Los Primos, an annual gathering organized by Dessignare that has become a welcoming meeting point for the Mexican animation community and its international collaborators during Annecy.
More than just a party, the event is an opportunity to connect with creators, discover new projects, exchange experiences, and celebrate the vibrant spirit that makes the animation industry such a unique global community. Over great conversations and authentic Mexican food, friendships are formed, collaborations begin, and new creative adventures take shape.
This year’s gathering is especially meaningful for Cosmonaute 360. In 2023, the project was pitched at Annecy Festival Partner Pitches and in 2025 we celebrated a major milestone with the premiere of Cosmonaute 360: Time to Fly at the Annecy Dome, introducing audiences to our immersive fulldome storytelling universe. The experience marked an important step in our mission to explore new ways of connecting audiences through animation, technology, and shared wonder.
As we return to Annecy this year, we are excited to continue supporting the community that has helped make this journey possible. And while we cannot reveal all the details just yet, attendees of Meet the Artists & Grill can expect a very special Cosmonaute 360 announcement during festival week.
